Many women in mid-to-senior level roles are expected to perform at a high level across both strategy and execution – often with a larger scope, tight deadlines, and limited support.

My work helps women reconcile personal capacity, values-based trade-offs, and organizational conditions, so they can make more intentional choices about their work, leadership, and sustainable success.

My coaching starts from the belief that leadership challenges rarely emerge in isolation. They're shaped by the interaction between the person, the role, and the conditions influencing what feels possible day to day.
