This website and our services are intended for adults (18+) located in the United States. Accessing this site does not create a client–coach relationship. Coaching engagements are governed separately by a written Coaching Agreement.

2. Intellectual Property

All materials – including text, images, graphics, logos, frameworks, and downloadable resources – are the intellectual property of Northern Lights Coaching, LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print content for personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written consent.

3. Acceptable and Lawful Use

You agree not to:

• Use this site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

• Upload or transmit malware, harmful code, or spam.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or connected networks.

4. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

All fees are listed in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice. Payments are processed securely via Wix Payments or Stripe. Refunds and cancellations are governed by your individual Coaching Agreement, which supersedes these Terms for paid services.

 

5. Privacy

Your submission of personal information through this site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

 

6. No Warranties

This website and all related services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties – express or implied – regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. You assume all responsibility for your use of this site.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northern Lights Coaching, LLC and its representatives are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of this website or its content. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for the services that gave rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota and the United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ramsey County, Minnesota, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Either party may pursue individual claims in small-claims court in Ramsey County, Minnesota, instead of arbitration. You may opt out of arbitration by written notice within 30 days of first using the site.

10. Electronic Communications

By using this website or contacting us electronically, you consent to receive communications from us by email. Such communications satisfy any legal requirement for written notice.

11. Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Northern Lights Coaching, LLC concerning this site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in full effect. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further waiver of that term.
